How to create an expenditure request?
To create an expense request, log in to the "Expense Management" or "Expense Requests" module in the system and use the "Add New Expenditure" option. In the opened form, date, amount, currency, expense category and description information are entered. After the required fields are filled in, the request is recorded by adding a receipt or invoice and is automatically sent to the approval process. Thanks to this structure, employees do not have to submit notifications via manual forms or e-mail, and all expense processes become digital and traceable. The digital expense request creation process provides a standard and auditable expense management infrastructure for both accounting and finance teams.
