To create a shift plan, log in to the "Shift Management" or "Work Plans" module and use the "Add New Shift" option. On this screen, shift name, start-end times, break time, total working time and weekly repeat days are defined. The system automatically calculates overtime according to defined hours and works integrated with payroll. Thus, entry-exit movements are compared with shift rules and overtime, missing time and tardiness are automatically calculated. A correctly structured shift plan provides error-free data production in personnel time tracking and payroll processes.
