How to add or edit survey questions?

New questions can be created with the Add Question button on the survey editing screen. HRSync supports the following question types: - Multiple choice - Single choice - Open ended - Rating / Likert scale - Matrix table - Comment area Questions can be sorted using the drag-and-drop method. A required field can be marked or description text can be added. All edits are free for unpublished surveys. Thanks to this flexibility, the content can be easily updated.

How to share the survey only to certain departments?

Thanks to the participant targeting feature, surveys can be sent only to relevant groups. Filtering options: - Department - Location - Title - Position - Project group - Private label For example, a survey specific to only the Sales Department or only Blue Collar employees can be shared. In this way, more accurate and meaningful data is obtained.

Where to view survey results?

All results are displayed on the Surveys > Reports / Results screen. In this panel: - Participation rate - Question based distributions - Graphs and percentages - Department breakdowns - Time-based analyzes are created automatically. Dashboard structure is real time. Graphs are updated instantly as new answers arrive. Thus, managers can take quick action.

How to export survey results to Excel?

All data can be downloaded in table format with the Export > Download Excel/CSV option on the report screen. Excel output: - Participant based answers - Question based scores - Date information - Contains department information. These files can be used in advanced analytics, pivot tables, Power BI or reporting systems. It provides great convenience especially for HR and management reporting.

Is it possible to make the survey anonymous?

Yes. The Anonymous Participation option can be activated when creating a survey. In this mode: - Usernames are not saved - No ID matching - Results are shown as aggregate data only Anonymous surveys allow employees to give more open and honest feedback. It is the recommended method in satisfaction and culture research.
