How to add a new document to the Info Bank?
To add a new document to the HRSync Info Bank, go to the Info Bank > Add New Content menu from the admin panel. On the screen that opens, document title, description, category and access rights are defined. The content text can then be written or the file can be uploaded. After the save and publish step, the document becomes instantly accessible. This method is used to collect internal procedures, policies, contracts or training documents in a central area.
